We prioritize our customers and offer a customer-friendly Refund and Exchange Policy to ensure a secure shopping experience at Solar App. Below are the guidelines that apply to product returns and exchanges:
- Please contact us at info@solarapp.pk before returning or exchanging any items.
- All returns/exchanges must include the original accessories, documentation, and packaging provided with the product.
- Processing returns or exchanges may take up to two weeks, excluding shipping time.
- In cases of incorrect delivery, do not use the item. The incorrect item will be replaced accordingly.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product was defective or damaged during initial delivery.
- Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
- Malfunctions due to improper installation, wiring, or use beyond the product’s specified limits are not covered by this Return/Warranty Policy.
- Products that are burned are not eligible for return.
- If a product is defective due to manufacturing issues or faulty materials, we will repair or exchange it. If repair or replacement is not practical, a refund will be issued.
- Inspect your product upon receipt. Damage caused during shipping must be reported to Solar App within three days of delivery. Please email us at info@solarapp.pk with details and photos of the damage for verification. Damaged items will be replaced.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange within a specific time frame.
- Claims for refund or exchange must be made within three days of receiving your order.
- Return policy applies only to unused items. Items not in their original condition may be rejected for return or exchange.
- For local store pickup services, refunds and exchanges must be processed in-store.
- All products undergo testing by our engineering team. Refunds or exchanges will be issued only after the returned items are inspected.
